The "#Final50Laps Giveaway" is sponsored by Penske Racing Inc. ("Sponsor"), 200 Penske Way, Mooresville, NC 28115, USA.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on May 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 29, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of one (1) entry period as set forth in the chart below (each an "Entry Period"):

End Date (at 11:59:59 PM ET): 5/29/16
Random Drawing Date (on): 5/29/2016: one drawing for one prize during laps 151-160 of the 2016 Indianapolis 500-mile race (the "Race"), one drawing for one prize during laps 161-170, one drawing for one prize during laps 171-180, one drawing for one prize during laps 181-190 and one drawing for one prize during laps 191-200.
If the Race is postponed for weather or any other reason, the promotion period will be adjusted to reflect the laps completed during the rescheduled race day. If the Race is officially deemed completed prior to lap 151, all five prizes will be awarded to five total random winners who correctly answer Team Penske's trivia questions asked during the thirty (30) minutes following the official announcement of the completion of the Race (the "Announcement of Completion"). If the race is officially deemed completed after lap 150 and there are prizes remaining to be awarded, the remaining prizes will be awarded to a random winner per each remaining prize who correctly answers Team Penske's trivia questions asked during the thirty (30) minutes following the Announcement of Completion.
The Administrator's computer is the Promotion official clock.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The #Final50Laps Giveaway is open to Twitter users who tweet to @Team_Penske. Open to users that are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry beginning May 29, 2016 and residents of the United States of America or its possessions. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Penske Corporation or its affiliates, or their agents, members, successors and assigns and their respective immediate family members and those living in their same households are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant ("Entrant") may enter the Promotion by tweeting back to Team Penske's Trivia questions asked on the Team Penske Twitter account on 5/29/16, or, if applicable, on the rescheduled race day. One random winner (five total) who correctly answers @Team_Penske with the hashtags #Penske50 #Final50Laps during one of the five 10-lap award periods, or as otherwise provided in Section 1 in the event the Race is completed before Lap 200, will win one of five prizes.
• Simpson autographed helmet signed by the Team Penske drivers competing in the 2016 Race and Roger Penske
• Autographed gloves signed by the top finishing Team Penske driver in the Race
• Pennzoil crew shirt signed by Rick Mears and Helio Castroneves
• Autographed Team Penske flag signed by all four of the team's current IndyCar drivers
• Special Shinola Team Penske 50th Anniversary photo book signed by all four of those drivers
4. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After the random drawing, Team Penske will Tweet the winners individually asking them to send a direct message through the winner's Twitter account with their mailing information. The winners will have 48 hours to reply to Team Penske with shipping/mailing information. If an original winner does not reply, he/she will forfeit their prize and another qualified random winner will be selected in that person's place and they will also then have 48 hours to reply via Twitter direct message with their shipping/mailing information. Team Penske will mail the prize to each winner via Fed Express shipping. Prizes may take up to four weeks to reach the winner. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any taxes related to the award of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
