PENSKE 60 DOVER: For the first time, NASCAR's All-Star Race will be held at Dover Motor Speedway. Team Penske has recorded a combined 13 victories at the track across Cup Series and Grand National competition. Driving the iconic "Midnight" chassis, Rusty Wallace delivered three consecutive wins during the 1993 and 1994 seasons.
