Recap: In need of a win to advance to the Championship 4 next weekend, Joey Logano and the No. 22 Pennzoil Platinum Ford Fusion led the Team Penske charge in qualifying at Phoenix International Raceway on Friday evening and will start 14th in Sunday’s Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500. Logano was the fifth fastest in round one, but could not run better than 14th with a time of 25.483 seconds in the second round. Brad Keselowski, driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion, tuned a lap of 25.483 seconds in round two and will start 18th on Sunday afternoon. Both drivers are in need of a win to guarantee themselves a transfer spot to the Championship 4 at Homestead next weekend.
