SOGGY SATURDAY: Wet weather has been all around Barber Motorsports Park since teams arrived on Thursday, but Saturday was the first day it played a role in an on-track session. The Saturday morning practice session was deemed a "wet session," meaning teams could use the Firestone rain tires in preparation for a potentially wet time trials. Fortunately, qualifying was completed in all dry conditions with Sunday's forecast looking dry as well.

TEAM PENSKE AT BARBER: Team Penske has competed in all 14 NTT INDYCAR SERIES events at Barber Motorsports Park with impressive results. A total of eight wins (57 percent) among four different drivers, nine pole positions and 552 laps led make Barber one of the team's most successful tracks.

THEY SAID IT: "I just had my eye on the on the timing pylon, and then I saw the No. 10 (Alex Palou) come and I was like, oh, it's that guy again. But congrats to him. It was a great, great run and I'm just really proud of my Good Ranchers Chevy team. We managed to bring a car that was okay, but we weren't great. Now it is back to sort of where I like it, and I'm excited for tomorrow's race. It's going to be nice and sunny, with a great starting spot and we'll see where we end up."
